Drum Loop Compatibility in Single-Session Sample Libraries
Unlike other drum loop and drum sample companies who produce random one-off collections, we offer drum loop and sample libraries featuring consistent drum sounds and cohesive drum mixes.
In other words, all Beta Monkey drum loops and drum samples on individual sample libraries were recorded during a single recording session.
Why is this important to you?
This means you can mix and match all loops and sounds from a particular sample library. If you like to mix up your groove styles and feels (straight with swing, cut times or half-times), then our “single session” approach is ideal for your needs. No more worrying about whether or not the loop from one tempo folder will match (in terms of sound) with loops from anywhere else in the sample pack.
While other companies will cobble together random loops with radically different mixes and drum sounds, we thought our sample libraries through.
Cross-Library Compatibility
Beyond individual sample libraries, many drum volumes can also be used interchangeably. Often, when we book several days in a recording studio, we are able to track and create the loop material for multiple sample libraries. This means you get a cohesive drum mix, spanning multiple Beta Monkey drum loop libraries. Many customers love the ability to get more drum styles with the same drum mix and sound they already love.
Essentially, these individual libraries form massive “super” drum sample libraries. So, in short, if you use different drum sample libraries from the same recording session all samples and loops will mix together seamlessly.
